I *really* like you guys, but come on! For months I haven't been able to access your website! "Suspicious" or other reasons offered for repeated breaks in connecting. I'd really like to look at your other services and pricing. How many potential clients are you losing because people get shut out and look elsewhere for urgent care?

I come in and they have little kids working the front desk, check me in for the wrong stuff, and just totally unprofessional. There’s one lady there that’s a total sweetheart and took amazing care of me, I believe her name was Miranda if I remember correctly. She took me to my room and treated me with the utmost respect and doing her job and as I walk past other workers they’re on their phones doing nothing? Is that how we run an urgent care? Playing on our phones and letting little kids check us in for the wrong stuff? I caught wind that there’s one girl working the front desk and she’s 15? Is that legal? Or allowed? Anyways, I find it weird that everyone was on their phones and not caring for patients. It’s sad there’s only one woman there actually doing her job. Thank you Miranda!!

Seen twice in 2 weeks with worsening symptoms. 24 hr Labs drawn Monday and still no results Wednesday afternoon. Told me lobby was full she’d have to call me back- when I went in person monday the doctor was watering the plants in the office. Maybe he could call and check on his patients labs instead?? They don’t care.

Went to the Palmetto location and their fast acting care got us answers and the doctor spend over an hour with us educating us and then they followed up with results and their phone call to get my husband checked asap saved his life. I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend them. The staff is amazing

This place is amazing i took me and my kids and they even offered a sliding scale price for eligible medicaid patients. It was so clean everyone was so nice, a fun treasure at the end of every visit for the little ones, a small issue with the pharmacy, when i called up front they called for me and fixed the issue immediately. Great family place got us in and out 100% will be going back when needed.

This place has no clue what they are doing. Called to see if they could provide an IV for my husband for dehydration and was told YES. Got there and was told NO! THANKS ALOT FOR NOTHING, NO HELP WHATSOEVER!

I have been here for family members a few times. Today 2/13/23 the person at the front desk could definitely be friendlier and caring. She appeared as if she wasn't happy, and there were many ill people who were there. We should be treated with compassion. I didn't give 5 stars because the front office person lacks customer service skills. I gave it 4 stars because the tech/office manager was very professional and caring. The PA was caring despite it was a quick visit. The wait was not long from check in. I would go here instead of the Urgent Care in Parrish.

Prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend. Receptionist was efficient ran my insurance notifies me of what my out of pocket expense would be. I paid my deductible was promptly called back to the room nurse took vitals then the PA David came in. He listened to my complaints did an exam. I was out 30 minutes after I walked through the door. If I need urgent care again would definitely use them again.
